ECC Foundation Scholarships Awarded
El Camino College students and donors joined together at the annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony on May 10. The El Camino College Foundation Scholarship Program will award more than $550,000 in scholarships to about 500 El Camino College students for the 2018-2019 academic year. In addition, $250,000 in scholarships was awarded to about 250 South Bay Promise students. The comprehensive scholarship program at El Camino College supports ECC students across a wide variety of academic disciplines. Awards are based on academic achievement, financial need, leadership and community service, as well as organizational and campus club affiliations, among other criteria.
