Welcome New Students!
El Camino College welcomed nearly 800 students to "New Student Welcome Day" on Aug. 23. The event provided incoming students an introduction to support programs and student life. Students also had the opportunity to tour the campus, purchase textbooks, and attend workshops covering topics such as financial aid, transfer, campus safety, library resources, and transitioning into college. Additional workshops covered ECC's Honors Transfer Program, resources for AB 540 students, and support services for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) students.
