Be sure to join your colleagues and show your college pride by wearing ECC and/or Warriors apparel on Warrior Wednesdays!

In addition, a Wellness Warriors Program recently launched with activities that invite everyone to get fit and have fun with ECC colleagues. The action takes place from noon-1 p.m. Wednesdays in the Student Activities Center, East Lounge. The theme of the sessions is "Prehab, Don't Rehab: The Secret to Preventing Injuries and Healing Joint Pain." These workshops by Fitness Coordinator Kim Jones will provide information and demonstrations on how to decrease injuries from overuse and repetitive motions so you can perform optimally – at work and play! Participants will learn activation and recovery techniques that restore muscle balance, improve core stability and increase joint mobility. These exercises are convenient, easy to learn and can be done throughout the day right at your desk.

"Walk and Roll Wednesdays" is another wellness opportunity – just meet at the southeast end of Murdock Stadium for a group walk around the track each Wednesday from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Bring a friend and join the Wellness Warriors!
