Human Resources: Additional E-forms
Additional e-forms have been added to the list of Human Resources services, as the department continues to convert paper-based processes into efficient, easy-to-use electronic formats. An Address Change Form and other info updates, a Warrant Recipient Designation and a Classified Employee Grievance are all now available for use. Look for all HR-related e-forms on MyECC under "Human Resources" > "HR Online Forms." Please contact [email protected] for assistance in using any of the new forms.
