Enrollment Management
Guided Pathways Workshop
A Guided Pathways Workshop is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Sept. 28 in MBA 219. Titled "Getting Started with Guided Pathways: Dispelling the Myths about Meta-Majors," the workshop will be led by the Career Ladders Project and information will be shared regarding the implementation process at other colleges. To register, view: http://www.elcamino.edu/about/depts/prodev/pdreporter.aspx. Participants will also enjoy lunch, served from noon to 1 p.m. The event is organized by the new Guided Pathways coordinators Jenny Simon and Janice Pon-Ishikawa.
The Guided Pathways program uses a student-centered approach to dramatically increase the number of students earning degrees and certificates, reduce excess units, shorten the time to earn a degree, and close equity gaps. The program framework aligns with current campuswide efforts and provides an opportunity to re-envision what we do to better help support student success. All are invited to learn more at the Guided Pathways Workshop! For more information, contact: Jenny Simon, [email protected] or Janice Pon-Ishikawa, [email protected].
