Edith L. Gutierrez, EOPS, CARE and CalWORKs, Director. Edith comes to ECC after serving as the assistant director of the Educational Talent Search program at CSU Long Beach. She also was a counselor for the TELACU Talent Search and TELACU Classic Upward Bound programs. Edith earned a master's degree in counseling from CSU Long Beach and a bachelor's degree in sociology from UCLA. |

Tiffany Miller, Community Advancement, Interim Director, Career Pathways. Tiffany has a master's degree in liberal studies from USC and a bachelor's in African American studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Her career experience includes positions at ECC and the Century Center for Economic Opportunity, Inc., where she was an associate program manager and a postsecondary education and career manager. |

Joanna Medawar Nachef, Fine Arts, Interim Dean. Joanna is an internationally acclaimed choral conductor who has made several Carnegie Hall appearances. She has been ECC's director of choral activities and a professor for 20 years. Joanna earned a doctorate of musical arts and a master's in choral music from USC, in addition to a bachelor's degree in piano performance from CSU Dominguez Hills. |
