	Vonetta Augustine, Program Coordinator, Student Equity. An El Camino College alumna, Vonetta continued her education at San Diego State University, earning a bachelor's degree in biology. She has a master's in public administration from CSU Long Beach, where she worked for 10 years in various campus departments.
	Donna Baldwin, Administrative Assistant II, Library and Learning Resources. Donna is an El Camino College alumna who has also worked in various positions at ECC for the past several years. She earned a master's degree in technology management and a bachelor's in economics from the University of the Philippines.
	Breeanna Bond, Student Services Adviser, CARE Program. A graduate of El Camino College, Breeanna continued her education at UC Davis, where she earned a degree in sociology. She previously worked at ECC and ECC Compton Center in Outreach & School Relations, as a student services adviser and as a student services technician..
	Sandy Carbajal, Program Coordinator, EOPS/CARE/CalWORKs, Student Support Services. Sandy's career background includes positions at CSU Long Beach, where she worked in student affairs as a program specialist. She earned a master's degree in education and bachelor's degrees in Spanish and journalism from CSU Long Beach.
	Bea Chan, Accounting Technician II, Fiscal Services. Bea is an accountant with career experience in a variety of industries, most recently serving in accounting for the City of Gardena. She also worked as an accountant with the Beach Cities Health District. Bea earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from CSU Fullerton.
	Monica Delgado, Program Coordinator, Student Equity. Monica comes to ECC from CSU Long Beach, where she served as the community engagement coordinator at the Center for Community Engagement for the last five years. She has master's degrees in community and regional planning and Latin American studies from the University of New Mexico.
	Luis Gonzalez, Machine Tool Technician, Industry & Technology. Luis joins the El Camino College Industry & Technology Division after serving as the chief engineer/maintenance supervisor for Prudential Overall Supply. He earned a certificate in industrial controls from CSU Fullerton.
	Tuan Hua, Professional Development Assistant, Professional Development/Human Resources. Tuan has career experience from ING Direct and Westwood College, working as a career adviser, providing resume review, mock interviews, and information on internships and job leads. Tuan has a bachelor's degree in sociology from UCLA.
	Pamela Jones, Human Resources Technician III. Pamela's career experience includes more than 15 years as a human resources professional, most recently working with San Bernardino County. She has a master's degree in organizational management/human resources from Ashford University in Iowa and a bachelor's in public administration from USC.
	Kaycee Kaba, Secretary, Counseling & Student Success. Kaycee has several years of career experience in customer service positions, including working for non-profit organizations. She has a bachelor's degree in sociology from UCLA.
	Beth Katz, Research Analyst, Institutional Research & Planning. Beth comes to ECC after a position with the RAND Corporation, working with policy analysis and program evaluation. She has a doctorate and a master's degree from Pardee RAND Graduate School, a master's from LMU, and a bachelor's from Columbia College, Columbia University.
	Michelle LoGrande, Senior Clerical Assistant, Community Advancement. Michelle comes to El Camino College after a position with Catalina Express. She has nearly 10 years of professional clerical experience, including working with students, while serving in lead roles and in a supervisory capacity.
	Nayeli Oliva, Project Specialist, Student Equity. Nayeli's career background includes five years at ECC, first with the Graduation Initiative and recently with the Student Equity Program. She has experience coordinating programs, overseeing statistical reports, and monitoring program areas for accuracy and compliance. Nayeli has a bachelor's degree in public administration from CSU Dominguez Hills. .
	Veronica Palafox, Student Services Specialist, Student Support Services. Veronica most recently was a senior admissions counselor at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has a master's degree in organizational leadership from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree from CSU Channel Islands.
	Gina Park, Research Technician, Institutional Research. Gina's career background includes 10 years of experience in research positions, most recently at the University of Michigan. She earned a master's degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree from UCLA, both in psychology.
	Rudy Ramos, Senior Network Systems Administrator, Information Technology Services. Rudy's career experience covers a wide variety of wireless network sizes and issues; he holds certificates in CISCO and wireless systems. He has worked for ECC Compton Center, the U.S. Marines, school districts, and the L.A. County Department of Public Works.
	Brad Seng, Web Master, Public Relations & Marketing. Brad has career experience in web development, media, and marketing from positions with companies in the Los Angeles area. He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from CSU Long Beach.
	Lauren Zale, Administrative Assistant II, Community Advancement. Lauren's most recent career experience includes a position as office manager at XRP, Inc. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from California State University, Long Beach..
	Connie Zandate, Student Services Adviser, Student Equity. Connie has more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, program management, case management and career counseling. She earned a master's degree in counseling and a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation services from CSU Los Angeles.
