Process Improvement Update
The next meeting of the Process Improvement Steering Committee is scheduled for Oct. 18. An update will be provided by Interact Communications Inc. on Phase 1 of the project, which included a review of internal data and a spoofing of the student experience. Phase 2 consists of an onsite review of the enrollment pipeline and onsite data collection through interviews with teams of employees. Interviews will be conducted at both ECC and ECC Compton Center on Oct. 18-19.

Thank you to members of the Process Improvement Steering Committee who have offered guidance and input to this project. Committee members represent a cross-section from management, faculty and classified employees with a range of experience in Student and Community Advancement, Academic Affairs, Information Technology Services, and Public Relations & Marketing.
