ECC Top Ranked: The Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education Magazine

The Hispanic Outlook on Education Magazine has once again named El Camino College as one of the "Top 100 Schools for Hispanics" in the nation. Each year the magazine recognizes America's colleges and universities with the most Hispanic students, based on enrollment figures collected by the U.S. Department of Education. In the August/September 2019 edition, El Camino College was ranked No. 15 out of the top 100 two-year colleges nationwide for Hispanic enrollment in 2017. Additionally, ECC placed in the top 10 for Hispanic students earning engineering degrees in 2017 among both two-year and four-year colleges and universities across the country. El Camino College enrollment includes more than 33,000 students; Hispanic students represent more than half of the student population.
