Jeffrey Baumunk, Director of Public Safety. Jeffrey Baumunk most recently served as the director of the El Camino Fire Academy. He also has over 25 years of experience in firefighting, including positions with the North Las Vegas Fire Department, Rio Hondo College, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, La Verne Fire Department and the JPL Fire Department. Baumunk has worked in a variety of positions from firefighter up the ranks to captain. He is also the operations manager for V.I.P. Executive Services, a transportation and security firm. He has been an instructor in California and Nevada and holds certifications/licenses in topics from hazardous materials to fire investigation. A fire tech graduate from Mt. San Antonio College, Baumunk also earned a master's in special education and a bachelor's in public safety administration, and is working on his doctorate in organizational leadership – all from Grand Canyon University. |

Iris Ingram, Vice President, Administrative Services. Iris Ingram has 21 years of administrative services experience in higher education. After working as a consultant with Deloitte & Touche, she served as the vice president of corporate planning for the United Way in Los Angeles. Ingram then was chief operations officer at UCLA's School of Public Policy and Social Research before becoming assistant director of UCLA's business and financial services division. Ingram then joined UC Irvine as associate dean of finance and administration for the School of Medicine. She also spent several years at the California State University Chancellor's Office as assistant director for sponsored projects administration. In 2009, Ingram became vice president, business services at Moorpark College, and also briefly served as the college's acting president while the search for a permanent president was underway. Most recently, she served as the vice president of administrative services at West Los Angeles College. |

Brenda Threatt, Assistant Director, Veteran Services. Army Maj. Brenda Threatt oversees the programs and services that assist ECC's veteran students in achieving academic success, graduation, and ultimately, successful careers. She is an officer with the California Army National Guard's 224th Sustainment Brigade, based in Long Beach. Threatt was previously the executive director of U.S. VETS in Long Beach, which provides housing and services for homeless veterans. She also worked with the City of Los Angeles, addressing homelessness and in the mayor's office as the veteran liaison and South Los Angeles area director. Threatt earned a bachelor's degree from CSU Los Angeles and a master's degree in theology from San Francisco Theological Seminary with emphasis in community counseling. She is an army chaplain and a military certified suicide prevention specialist who counsels soldiers and military families. |
