She is an ECC alumna and earned a master's in counseling from CSU Dominguez Hills and bachelor's degrees in art and women's studies (now gender studies) from UCLA |

Arturo Hernandez, Academic Affairs, Interim Director of Student Equity Program. Arturo has been the director of the MESA|STEM programs at ECC since 2002. He is an El Camino College grad who continued his education with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from UC Irvine and a master's degree in applied mathematics from CSU Long Beach. |

Idania Reyes, Student Support Services, Interim Dean. Idania has worked at El Camino College for the past 10 years in various leadership roles, most recently as the student equity director. She has a bachelor's degree in political science/public policy from USC and a master's degree in public administration from George Mason University. |
