Two Campus Safety Forums are scheduled for employees and students on Tuesday, December 6. One is set for 1-2 p.m. (during college hour) and another from 6-7 p.m. – both in the Alondra Room. Everyone is invited to attend and hear the latest updates regarding safety on and off campus. Representatives from public safety agencies such as the Torrance and Hawthorne police departments will attend and share information about mutual aid agreements and explain how the agencies communicate, partner, and train with each other to prepare for emergencies and other incidents. Tips for traffic and holiday safety will also be discussed. A question and answer period will be included.
