Save the Date: Spring Professional Development Day
El Camino College's Spring 2019 Professional Development Day is scheduled for Feb. 6, featuring the theme, "Embracing Diverse Learners Through Universal Design." A pancake breakfast starts the day at 7:45 a.m., followed by the General Session program from 9 a.m.-noon. The Tenure Reception begins at 12:15 p.m. and Breakout Sessions run from 1:30-2:30 p.m., with a special breakout session featuring attorney Jenny Denny from Liebert, Cassidy, Whitmore who will speak on 504 compliance, student accommodations and how serving students with special needs serves all ECC students. We look forward to seeing everyone after the winter recess for this informative day of learning.
