The exemplary El Camino College Forensics Team continues to rise above the competition, breaking records along the way. During the Fall Championships (Nov. 30-Dec. 2 at Mt. San Antonio College) the team again won the overall sweepstakes for two-year colleges, this time by over 10 points more than the sweepstakes winner among four-year colleges and universities. ECC's winning weekend means that the team won sweepstakes awards at every tournament entered this semester. That makes seven tournaments in a row that ECC beat every school in attendance, a school record for the Warriors. Congratulations to all team members and to coaches Francesca Bishop, Mark Crossman and Joseph Evans, as well as assistant coach Brittany Hubble and student coach Damon Lawson. The team is now preparing for next semester's competitions!
