Trustee Brown Appointed to ACCT Committee
El Camino Community College District board member Kenneth A. Brown was recently appointed to serve on the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) Public Policy and Advocacy Committee. As a member of the committee, Brown will review public policy issues and recommend positions to the board of directors and, where appropriate, to the ACCT executive committee. The ACCT is a nonprofit educational organization of governing boards, representing more than 6,500 elected and appointed trustees who govern over 1,200 community, technical, and junior colleges in the United States and beyond.
