As the end of the academic year approaches and more in-person events are planned, Marketing & Communications is ready to help promote these campus activities. We can help you invite students to attend an upcoming event and share event information with El Camino and the community. Check out our Promotion Request webpage and submit your request as soon as possible for promotional assistance. Here are a few ways you can get the word out:
Events Calendar: The calendar on the El Camino homepage is a great way to ensure your event is visible to campus and beyond. Detailed step-by-step instructions with screenshots are included on the Promotion Request webpage. Reviewing the calendar will also allow you to see what other events are planned and help prevent scheduling conflicts. In addition, your event will be seen by Marketing & Communications staff and can be marketed more readily to the college and community.
Email Request Form: If you would like to promote your event via the college's weekly email, please complete the Email Request Form.
President Thames Participation: If you would like to request President Thames' participation at the event, please complete the Participation Form also located on the Promotion Request page.
Project Request Form: If you need marketing assistance and would like to request materials or promotion for your event, please use the Project Request Form.
