Warrior Holidays: Celebrating our Students and Families
The 23rd Annual CARE & CalWORKs Warrior Holidays celebration featured a joyful Drive-Thru Holiday Event this year. CARE and CalWORKs staff members organized finals week care packages for nearly 90 students and more than 150 gift cards for their children. Many students in the college's CARE and CalWORKs programs cannot afford to purchase holiday gifts for their children, so this annual event spreads holiday spirit and gives students an opportunity to show their children how they are working toward their goals at El Camino. Thank you to all those who donated to this festive event. Your generosity helped our students celebrate their success.
