Sustainable design and building practices were the focus of Getting to ZERO, a student-led exhibition and event series. The successful, two-month event focused on decarbonization within the design and building industries and sustainable strategies that aim to generate minimal or zero carbon and waste. Anchored by an exhibition of student case studies, construction models, and design proposals, additional events such as industry presentations, student exchanges, and discussion forums were also part of the program designed to engage participants on ways to be stewards of our environment.
