In this weekly workshop, we will practice mindfulness exercises, learn about mindfulness-related concepts, and listen to a guided meditation.

Connect with other students to discuss COVID-19 uncertainties, stressors and frustrations. Listening circles provide a safe space for students to share their experiences and have hope for the future. During the listening circle everyone has the opportunity to share and be heard.

Coping with Triggers & Traumas Support Group for Students: Weekly Group with a safe & welcoming space to share innermost thoughts & feelings about the pandemics that may take hold in our lives.  Facilitated by Dr. La Faune Gordon, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. 
•  Students will find a cathartic space to learn from each other and use healthy ways of coping.  Learn how current stressful events affect mood and well-being.
