Full-time faculty and managers/supervisors are invited to apply for ECC PRIDE Cohort No. 4. This leadership academy is named after El Camino College's Statement of Values (People, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, Excellence), and is designed to develop visionary, innovative and creative leaders.
ECC PRIDE Cohort No. 4 program dates for fall 2019 include:

• November 15
• December 13
Attendance at all four sessions of ECC PRIDE is required. Those who have previously applied to ECC PRIDE, but have not participated, are encouraged to reapply.
