Women of Distinction 2019

As an intern for two summers with the California Democratic Party and Gavin Newsom's gubernatorial campaign, Phillip Miranda did it all. From assisting with outreach events and meeting delegates to assembling office furniture and making coffee, the ECC alumnus received valuable hands-on experience on the campaign trail.

Congratulations to the El Camino College Communication Studies Department, which was recently recognized with the 2019 Model Communication Program Award at the Western States Communication Association's (WSCA) 90th convention in Seattle.

El Camino College's 19th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival brought a joyful celebration of spring and friendship to campus on March 28.

With plays, concerts ranging from classical to big band music, dance performances, and a Tony Award-winning musical by Lin-Manuel Miranda, El Camino College's Center for the Arts has an action-packed lineup for spring 2019!
