A new partnership with Loyola Marymount University recently launched, giving El Camino College students a direct line to transferring to the Los Angeles campus. This fall, 23 ECC students joined the LMU Transfer Pathway Program, as part of college's award-winning First Year Experience. After one year in this new transfer program, El Camino College students will be eligible for guaranteed admission to LMU if GPA and unit requirements are met. Students will be able to transfer into LMU's liberal arts, business administration, communications, science, and fine arts programs. ECC students also have access to beneficial services such as the LMU library, academic support services, sporting events, campus tours, workshops, financial aid and scholarship information, transfer counseling, pre-admission advising and invitations to campus events.
