The spring 2022 semester is now underway with both in-person and online classes, along with safety measures such as a vaccine mandate and required COVID-19 protocols that include face mask wearing and COVID-19 screening upon campus entry. Personal protective equipment is also available. Testing continues to be required for exempt employees and students at MBBM 134. Any employee and student who wishes to be tested can also do so at MBBM 134.
The college and COVID-19 Task Force will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and follow federal, state, Cal/OSHA and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health guidelines for institutes of higher education when making decisions that affect students and employees. The Campus Reopening Safety Plan was developed, updated, and endorsed through collegial consultation under the stewardship of the El Camino College COVID-19 Task Force.
