Career Advancement Academy

The Career Advancement Academy is a one-year training program in high demand industries. The CAA combines technical skills, workplace readiness workshops, and academic skills. Students can earn up to seven certificates and attend a job fair with our partner employers.

To qualify for the Career Advancement Academy you must:

• be between 18 to 30 years old

• have no prior college experience

• have a desire to improve reading, writing and mathematical skills

• be eligible to work in the United States

- Welding

ECC Compton Center CAA offers:

- Machine Tool Technology/Aerospace Fasteners

- Welding
