WELCOME TO DISTANCE EDUCATION

Distance Education offers students a convenient way to take classes. A wide variety of online courses and telecourses are available. They are fully accredited and offer the same high quality of instruction as traditional classes. The course content, course credit, and cost per unit is the same as equivalent courses held on campus. Anyone eligible to take courses on campus may enroll in Distance Education courses. Many of our online courses and ALL of our Telecourses require an orientation meeting on campus for the first meeting. Students should click on the link below in the middle of the page that pertains to your class. For example, if you have an online class or Telecourse in the Summer or Fall, you would click the link for Online Courses/Telecourses under the corresponding session. A window will open that displays the Orientation Meeting Schedule for the semester. Students should check your college email accounts in My ECC for registration appointment date and time. You will no longer get this information in the mail!
