Progress continues to be made with the college's Enrollment Management Plan. Created in 2016, the three-year plan shows growth in high school outreach, dual enrollment, online classes, and winter term enrollment goals over the past year. Enrollment management activities early in the spring semester such as Weekend Registration Days and extended hours were also successful in helping more than 150 students complete core services. Facilities Update: Projects in Process

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Many facility construction projects are currently underway campuswide. Be sure to check out the progress as you walk around campus – or take a "fly through" virtual tour of the buildings to get an idea of the finished product.

A variety of events are scheduled throughout March in celebration of Women's History Month. This year's National Women's History Month theme, "NEVERTHELESS SHE PERSISTED: Honoring Women Who Fight All Forms of Discrimination Against Women" presents the opportunity to honor women who have shaped America's history and its future through their commitment to ending discrimination against women and girls.

The El Camino College Foundation's 2018 Employee Giving Campaign runs March 12-30. This campaign presents another opportunity to make a collective commitment to help our students achieve their academic goals.

El Camino College will conduct campus climate surveys covering both employees and students this spring. Since 2001, the college has used locally developed surveys containing repeated questions to measure change over time, as well as new questions that reflect emerging needs and contexts.
