Join renowned graffitti artist and muralist Zak Perez on February 25, 2025 from 1:00-2:00pm. This event will be followed by a Q&A!

Zak Perez is an Orange County based muralist with a distinctive style called "calligraffiti." This approach is a combination of caligraphy and graffiti. His art is often percieved as abstract or street art but surprises viewers with hidden messages woven into the designs. Each mural is a canvas for a sublminal messaging aiming to communicate positivity and hope to all who encounter it.

Art Carrillo

Join us for a conversation with muralist Art Carrillo on April 21, 2025 from 1:00-3:00pm.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Arthur Carrillo is an artist who holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Graphic Design. As a photo realist, he painstakingly reproduces every detail of his subject in a sort of spiritual journey, every stroke a testament to his love for his community. Using acrylics as his choice of medium, Art captures everyday scenes of Chicano life with a religious zeal usually found in contemporary street religion. Each piece, a prayer to the beauty of his community.
