Board Policies & Procedures, Bylaws and Foundation Information

The El Camino College Foundation strives to be fully transparent, placing high priority on these efforts. Transparency is necessary for building strong relationships with donors and grantees, and represents the values of clarity, openness, and honesty within the community.

Foundation policies are reviewed every three years by the Foundation's Board Governance committee, adopted by the full Board of Directors, and amended as needed.
