The mission of the Warrior Wellness program is to build a positive culture of wellbeing at El Camino College. With a focus on holistic wellness, we offer a variety of events and activities intended to enhance several areas, such as physical, mental, emotional, social, and financial wellness.

International Women's Day Walk

International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. This years' theme: #EmbraceEquity

Dress in purple, green, and white ‒ the colors of International Women’s Day.

According to the official IWD website, “Purple signifies justice and dignity. Green symbolizes hope. White represents purity, albeit a controversial concept.”

Warrior Wellness Wednesday

Time: 11:30AM- 12:30PM

Dates: Wednesdays

2/22, 3/22, 4/26, 5/24, 6/7

The purpose of this series is to provide a space for students to encourage body positivity through movement that is tailored to their own comfort, practice various mindfulness techniques, and establish a greater sense of confidence in ones’ ability to move through life.

Warrior Wellness Wednesday will be held on the commons lawn and allows students to drop in and fall out as they need.

Location: PCB 128

Spring 2023 hours for faculty, staff and managers:
  • Mon-Thurs 6:30-7:30 AM
    Mon & Weds 4:30-7:00 PM

The Fitness Center is back!

• You must have an ECC Employee ID with you.

• Have a waiver on file. Click here for waiver.

• Bring a towel. Wear closed toed shoes (no sandals or flip flops, etc.)

• Wipe off equipment after use.

• Enjoy your workout!
