Police Advisory Committee

Purpose: To make recommendations to the Police Department regarding concerns and issues related to the police function at El Camino. The committee meets quarterly or on an as needed basis.

Origin: Established by the Chief of Police in 1997 to advise the chief on law enforcement services to the campus community. Created as part of the Community Oriented Policing (C.O.P.) program.

Meetings: The committee meets quarterly or on an as needed basis.
