The Student Development Office staff are available to assist El Camino College students and members of the community.   • Verifies and maintains eligibility requirements of the Associated Student Organization (ASO), and the Inter-Club Council (ICC)
  • Schedules room reservations on behalf of student organizations
  • Serves as liaison between external organizations and El Camino departments regarding Free Speech

  • Manages day-to-day operations of the Warrior Pantry
  • Supervises Warrior Pantry student workers

 

JAIME ULLOA, ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

  • Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records (e.g. check request, cash request, contracts, blanket purchase orders)
  • Submits requisitions on behalf of the ASO, ICC and student clubs
  • Authenticates account balances for ASO, ICC and student club treasurers
  • Assists with front desk duties and provides student event support

VACANT, ASO BENEFITS PASS PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)

  • Manages ASO discount promotions
  • Manages amusement parks/attraction tickets (sold at the Marsee Ticket window)
  • Monitors and approves school flyer postings
