Student Health Services offers online events and workshops to support students in their journeys. Live workshops give you the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the presenter.

El Camino students can access a variety of health and wellness support services and workshops throughout the semester.

Workshops or group sessions range in frequency from weekly sessions to monthly series to one-time events. Browse the upcoming events schedule and connect with your support system.

All virtual workshops and groups are free and provided by Student Health Services.

Mindfulness Mondays
In this weekly workshop, we will practice mindfulness exercises, learn about mindfulness-related concepts, and listen to a guided meditation. 
Open to ALL faculty, staff and students

This workshop will guide students in understanding the cycle of anger and how it impacts our lives.

Learn how to spot anxiety symptoms and practice effective ways to cope. Coping strategies include mindfulness, helpful thinking patterns, healthy behaviors, and guided meditation.

Peaceful Mind, Healthy Body Workshop
Adverse life experiences such as a health crisis, racial and social injustice, and family loss, directly influence brain development and functioning as well as impacts overall emotional and behavioral health. Come share your experiences, discuss and process your feelings, and gain valuable coping tools.

Student Health Services invites students to equip their minds to thrive in school and in life. Join us for one or all topics, for a well-rounded Mental Wellness Kit!

Ever wondered about therapy and whether it would be helpful for you? Attend this Q&A to learn about our services and to ask your burning questions about therapy!

Understanding and letting go of perfectionism.

Feeling stuck in a certain place, job, situation? Find out how to focus on you and thrive in any environment.

June 2 - Self-Compassion:
