**Program Narrative templates (submitted after board approval) are available in the Curriculum Teams site. For access, please contact Curriculum Specialist, Lissette Cortez.
SLO Forms
SLO forms are no longer required as of spring 2026. SLO changes are to be input directly into the course proposal form; the changes are tracked and transferred by staff to the ALC. No other action is required on the faculty's part.
