AB540 - (CALIFORNIA NONRESIDENT TUITION EXEMPTION REQUEST) *This form should be used instead of residency reclassification if you are undocumented or U.S. Citizen and meet the requirements. This exemption can not be used if you are not living in California.  

ACADEMIC RENEWAL PETITION 

ADD/DROP FORM - Use this form if you cannot register through MyECC and/or need assitance adding or dropping a class prior to class deadlines.

AP CREDIT REQUEST - Some Advance Placement credit can be used. Please review the AP LIST AND SCORES before you submit the request.

PASS/NO PASS REQUEST FALL 2020 -  If you are unsure if you should request P/NP please see a counselor. Please be aware of the posted deadline for the first 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and second 8 week classes.  

REPEAT PETITION - Use this form if you are requesting to take this class for the third 

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CORRECTION

STUDENT COURSE REPETITION PETITION - Use this form if you have completed a repeat here at El Camino and/or another college and the previous course is not removed from your calulated GPA

STUDENT GRADE CHANGE PETITION 

UNIT OVERLOAD - Use this form if you are requesting to take classes above the unit limit for the term. (for example you can take 18 units in Fall/Spring.  Use this form if you want to go over 18 units)
