Be sure to use El Camino College's Events Calendar to ensure your event is visible to campus. Reviewing the calendar will also allow you to see what other events have been submitted and help prevent planning events that may conflict with others on campus.
Your event will also be seen by Marketing & Communications and can be marketed more readily to the college and community.

If you would like to promote your event/announcement via the weekly email newsletter ECC Weekly, requests must be submitted two weeks prior to when you would like your announcement to go out. All emails are reviewed by the Office of Marketing & Communications.Submit ECC Weekly Form
