- Return to nature; greenery is much more relaxing than pixels on a screen.
- Read; allow tensions to drain away with a good novel or listen to audiobooks.
- Aromatherapy; essential oils have relaxing properties that increase contentment.
- Workout; exerting energy releases endorphins, leaving us happier and healthier.
