Lot F and Lot C added 3,127 parking spaces to the campus for students, employees, and visitors. Lot C includes 1,443 spaces throughout four levels of parking, including roof-top parking. In addition, Lot C features electric vehicle charging stations. Motorists have access to 10 Level 2 EV ChargePoint stations (marked in green). Everyone with a valid parking permit is welcome to use the charging stations, including students, employees, and visitors.
Fall 2019

El Camino's newest building brings the services most critical to students together in one central location. Strategically located to create a "front door" to campus along Manhattan Beach Boulevard, students can receive assistance from multiple team members who are cross-trained to provide help in the areas students often have questions or concerns about. One highlight of the new Student Services building is the Warrior Welcome Center on the first floor – a place where students can receive application and registration assistance, access financial aid information, and speak to a counselor, among other services.
Spring 2020

El Camino’s gymnasium is the new home court of Warrior Athletics and a modern educational environment for students in a variety of courses. It houses two full instructional and athletic competition areas for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. A multipurpose fitness facility, team locker rooms, faculty offices, and other essential support spaces are also part of the gymnasium.
Summer 2020

The college's new Administration Building is a modern 27,000-square-foot structure located along Crenshaw Boulevard on the site of the original administrative offices. The new building houses the Board of Trustees meeting room and offices for various administrators, including the president and vice presidents, as well as the offices for Institutional Research & Planning, the Foundation, and Marketing & Communications.
Spring 2021

The Pool/Classroom Complex is an 81,200-square-foot-facility that houses classrooms, offices, and two indoor pools for instructional use and athletic competition for El Camino swim, diving, and water polo teams. The facility also includes the Health Sciences & Athletics Division office.

This completely new 43,454-square-foot building will feature classrooms, meeting spaces and faculty offices for American studies, anthropology, child development/education, economics, ethnic studies, history, human development, philosophy, political science, psychology, social justice studies, sociology, and women’s studies.

Exterior gathering and instruction areas in the Arts Complex are included within the large, shared quad with the Behavioral and Social Science Building. This new 58,450-square-foot building includes 2D and 3D art classrooms, along with sculpture, jewelry design, digital design classes, film/video, photography, and print-making areas. The complex will include the Anthropology Museum, Art Gallery, and staff offices as well.
