Access various services that CalWORKs offers, including counseling services, tutorial services, and peer mentoring.

Counseling

The CalWORKs window located in the Student Services Building is currently open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm.

If you need to book an appointment with a CalWORKs counselor or if you have a quick question, simply email calworksinfo@elcamino.edu or call us at (310) 660-6057 for further assistance.

Student Success Coaches

Our CalWORKs Student Success Coaches are here to assist you with various specialized services such as financial aid, transfer and career services. They can also assist you in completing GAIN paperwork processing.

The CalWORKs program provided the support needed to succeed in the virtual environment by adapting services to be easily accessible, like virtual office hours, virtual counseling focused on solutions to problems, one-on-one help with student success coaches, and providing technology like MiFi and laptops.”
