Service Area Outcomes (SAOs) are explicit statements describing knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or attitudes that a student will be able to demonstrate at the end (or as a result) of his or her engagement in a particular lesson, course, program, or collegiate experience.
SAO #1: The EOPS/CARE program seeks to increase the percentage of EOPS/CARE students who transfer to universities.
SAO #2: The EOPS/CARE programs seek to increase the percentage of EOPS students who acquire associate degrees and certificates.
SAO #1: The EOPS program seeks to increase the percentage of students who complete the three counseling contacts each term.
SAO #2: EOPS/CARE seeks to increase the number of students who participate in the CARE program.
