Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) is a state-funded program developed to provide educational opportunities and support for single parents receiving CalWORKs/TANF cash aid for their retention and academic success.
The intent of the program is to provide support services that help parenting students to acquire the education, training, and marketable skills needed to transition to employment and eventual self-sufficiency.
Student participants are eligible to receive EOPS support services with additional services, including:

The CARE service window is located in the Student Services Building, 2nd floor, EOPS Office, room 227 and will be open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

The intent of the program is to provide support services that help single parenting students acquire the education, training, and marketable skills needed to transition from welfare dependency to employment and eventual self-sufficiency.
