SLO Evaluation Timeline: SLOs are evaluated on a four year cycle

Action	Responsibility	Submission Window
Conduct Fall Assessments and input results into Nuventive.	Department Faculty	Fall Assessments should be conducted by the 16th week of the Fall Semester.
Evaluate Fall SLO results. Enter analysis/action plan on Nuventive.	Department Faculty and Division SLO Coordinators	Fall Assessment evaluations should be input by the 3rd week of the following Spring Semester.
Conduct Spring Assessments and input results into Nuventive.	Department Faculty	Spring Assessments should be conducted by the 16th week of the Spring Semester.
Evaluate Spring SLO results. Enter analysis/action plan on Nuventive.	Department Faculty and Division SLO Coordinators	Spring Assessment evaluations should be input by the 3rd week of the following Fall Semester.
