If you have earned any U.S. income during the calendar year 2023 (January 2023-December 2023), you may need to file a federal tax return with the IRS. The ISP recommends Sprintax, an online filing service for F1 visa students.

Tax filing deadline: April 15, 2024

Once you complete the preparation process in the Sprintax software, you may need to print, sign and mail your documents to the IRS. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to E-file your Federal tax return. However, this will depend on certain eligibility criteria.
