The El Camino Community College District Board of Trustees provided public notice of a vacant board seat for Trustee Area Five (5) and made a provisional appointment as of December 18, 2025.
Notice of Vacant Board Seat
The El Camino Community College District Board of Trustees made a provisional appointment of Ms. MyLoc Dinh, resident of Torrance, to serve as the Area 5 Trustee until the next regularly scheduled election for Governing Board members on November 3, 2026.
The provisional appointment becomes permanent in 30 days, unless a petition calling for a special election containing a sufficient number of signatures is filed in the office of the county superintendent of schools within that time frame.
