This form will be used to determine how FIRST and El Camino College can best help you meet your educational goals. Your personal information will be kept confidential and is protected under the Federal Educational Records Privacy Act (FERPA). However, the general results of this survey may be shared with other college staff for the purpose of improving our program and better serving you.
