FWS Awards

The FWS Program provide a great way to learn skills in your major or area of interest, while earning money to pay for enrollment fees, books, and other college expenses.

El Camino receives a limited amount of FWS funds and eligible students are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving an award does not guarantee employment. It is the student's responsibility to follow the appropriate steps to secure employment.

If you are interested in participating in the student employment program and you meet the program' requirements,
we invite you to fill out a Job Request Form  to request a FWS Award.

Note: Only students who are eligible for financial aid will receive an Approval Notice; everyone else will receive a denial letter.
