Your request will be reviewed by the Professional Development Advisory Committee (PDAC) and then forwarded to the Title IX and EEO Compliance Office for final approval of funding. View MinutesAre you interested in getting involved as a member of an ECC search committee to help protect the integrity of the selection process? Then we invite you to attend this training to become an Employment Opportunity Representatives (also referred to as EEO or EER)! EERs can be full-time faculty, part-time faculty, full-time classified employees and managers.
An EER serves on all ECC full-time search committees to ensure that the process is equitable and fair for all applicants. All EERs are required to annually attend training and complete the EER quiz. Please note that this is an expanded version of the training that is required in order to be placed on the eligibility list. This training is only offered intermittently.
