The following memos document the decisions made through El Camino's annual resource allocation process, where departments identified resource/funding needs aligned with their program review goals, operational realities, and the college's institutional priorities. These decisions were guided by recommendations from the college's governance committees, such as the Planning & Budget Committee, that include representatives from across the college.
