Attendees will enjoy free lunch and a celebration made just for them, along with opportunities to connect with fellow student parents and strengthen their sense of belonging on campus.
The event will feature:
- Free lunch
- Inspiring talk by Domonique Roberts, founder of She’s Going Places Inc., focused on student parent empowerment, personal growth, and support.
- Chance to explore campus programs and resources designed specifically for parenting students
- Create your own bouquet activity
As a hands-on and meaningful activity, attendees will also create their own bouquet to take home as a token of appreciation.
This event is hosted in collaboration with CARE, CalWORKs, FamilyU, and Basic Needs, highlighting a collective campus effort to uplift and support parenting students.
