Welcome to the Reading and Writing Studio!
The Reading and Writing Studio offers writing support to currently enrolled students at El Camino College. Our tutors are trained to help students through any stage of the writing process including brainstorming, outlining, drafting, reviewing, and more.
Many of our drop-in tutors also work as embedded tutors, offering in-class writing support to English C1000/0100S courses. Instructors of these courses, as well as other instructors across disciplines, may require that you meet with a tutor in the RWS or attend one of our workshops. Whatever your reason for visiting the RWS, our tutors are happy to provide the support to help you succeed.
The RWS is located in Humanities 122.
