The Enrollment Services Ambassador Program’s focus is to support new and continuing
students through the enrollment process at El Camino, over the phone, in our Warrior
Welcome Center, and to provide educational outreach services to local high schools,
middle schools, and community partners. Our ambassador team is comprised of enthusiastic
student leaders who strive to make a difference on campus.
The application for the 2026-2027 will open by mid-May.

Staff for on-campus information tables during Welcome Week
Students who are eager to connect students and visitors to El Camino College staff,

Have a minimum 2.5 GPA at El Camino College
Be an El Camino College Student and enrolled (or plan to enroll) in a minimum of 6
units during Fall and Spring semesters
Be willing to provide assistance and effectively relate with people of diverse cultural,
social, and educational backgrounds
Submit a completed application and resume by the posted deadline
Attend mandatory initial training sessions and all other subsequent monthly training
sessions
Complete paperwork for Human Resources, including a valid Live Scan (fingerprinting)
Read and respond to all emails in a timely manner
Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA at El Camino College and be enrolled in a minimum of six
units
Maintain professional conduct when representing El Camino College
This position consists of on-campus, virtual, and off-campus duties.
Staff the ECC Information Desk, Warrior Welcome Center and Contact Center
Assist students with the enrollment process
Help prospective students and families become familiar with campus resources and refer
students to appropriate resources
Represent El Camino College at off-campus and virtual college fairs and presentations
Attend and participate in all training sessions and group meetings
Assist and present at in-person and virtual events such as New Student Orientations,
information sessions, application workshops, registration events, and other large
campus events
Support with inbound calls for multiple campus lines & outbound calls to current and
prospective students
Attend bi-weekly staff meetings on Fridays
Mentor and support fellow ambassadors, both new and returning
This is a year-long position (from July to June) with the opportunity to reapply each
year.
